Xbox beta app wont download games

Ok I spent 40 mins on the phone to Microsoft they say everything is fine, its all linked problem is with EA. If anyone has a solution and they found a way of downloading games that would be great to know. Go to Solution. I just solved this issue.

The main problem is that no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall the GameServices they don't show in Services and won't start and this are the main services that make the xbox beta app work I gives me the same error has windows update and the windows store not working by those run with no problems.
